Nik is an expert Horticulturalist and teacher and is a part of Edible East, a Community Interest Company that combines art, science and horticulture. He  has previously taken us on a foraging walk to Mousehold Heath and talked to us about Food Forests and Rewilding. This talk should prove equally fascinating and is particularly relevant given our zoom talk in January for Prof. Tim Lang on Food Security.
