Our members are always happy to help and are willing to provide specific gardening advice including individual garden/allotment tours - so please get in touch if you have any queries. Check out our links to
and
where we post up to date information, images and interesting bits of news. Comment on posts to respond and share information with like minded people.
Members can also join our WhatsApp group which has active discussions on everything from plant varieties to making jam.
Become a member and connect with like minded people to benefit from their knowledge and experience. Learning about organic growing is fascinating and rewarding and, at the same time, you will be encouraging more local people to grow organically.
There is normally at least one event a month, either a talk, visit or social gathering. All aim to inform and inspire - keep an eye on the events list on the
Home
page. Talks are either in-person at the Friends Meeting House, Norwich or on-line using Zoom. Visits are a wonderful opportunity to get outside and view local projects.
We attend various local events with our stall where we swap seeds and plants and provide information on organic growing. It is a great way to engage with people and other groups as well as reminding us that we are all connected. If you are interested in helping out then please use the
contact form
to get in touch.
We produce
a quarterly newsletter of articles, gardening tips and recipes. Everything from the quirky to informative. If you have a particular interest or specialism or just have something you want to share - consider submitting it for our newsletter.
Initially use the
contact form
to outline what you have in mind and we will provide further details on how to submit your article.
We are always keen to have new people join our steering group. We are a friendly and supportive bunch that focus on the creative and practical ways in which we can promote organic growing as a response to the effects of climate change. We also seek to balance the rewards of doing something positive with the recognition that people's time is limited. Again, if you feel this is something you might be interested in use the
contact form
or speak to us on social media, at an event or on the stall.
