Address: Black Barn, Tabernacle Lane, Forncett End, NR16 1LE. NOG direction signs will be out to guide you to the parking area. Please get in touch if you need or can offer a lift. 

Bring food and drink to share and enjoy. We've ordered sunny weather but no guarantee it will turn up in time, so please bring appropriate footwear etc. for walking through the meadow and wood.

In the 1990's Carol bought this piece of land in South Norfolk which was originally a smallholding. She rescued the old barn converting it to a residence and turned 3.5 acres of pasture over to wildlife habitats.

Habitats created include:

• A woodland of over 300 trees planted 
• Two managed wildflower meadows extending over 2 acres
• A wildlife pond and scrub mound
• A gravel garden
• An area managed under permaculture principles
• A vegetable plot
